I’m gonna go with beach front in Arizona. It’s only a matter of time before some maniac ( not naming any names) will blow up the nearest dam and flood half that state. Besides to many Brooklyners on the Brooklyn Bridge. Go back to Jersey ya bums!

Sooner or later, the Brooklyn Bridge will fall into the water…so will California.

Arizona- Al Gore already informs me in a few years it will be prime beach real estate. Plus theres the added bonus of being free from threat of those insane Albinos your always hearing about.

I say buy both and move the bridge to Arizona. Now you have a tourist attraction that can compete with the London Bridge.
Covers the bases too when everyone finds out Al Gore made a fortune off scaring people.

No way. The bridge, because you could rename it and copywrite the new name. That way, you’d get a quarter every time anyone said “If everyone else jumped off The Frog Bog Bridge(tm), would you? ”
That’s called retirement planning.
