Today is Scout’s Birthday and also the Officially designated birthday for Isis. When we got Isis, she was “6 Months” old. It was October 4th, so I declared that her birthday was April 4th. A year and a half later, Scout was born - actually born - on… April 4th.
Maybe that was a sign that he really was the one for Isis. She had been hostile toward every dog we tried to introduce to her. When we got Scout, we hoped that she would take to him, seeing as how he was just a tiny puppy at the time. So far, so good on that one.

I guess there is a Scout for every Isis. Gives me hope.
