I Condemn You Wild Bill!

Well, the Mentally deficient, less intelligent that a dead cockroach [and less useful], retards on the Left are all in an uproar over Wild Bill’s “outing” of one of the individuals Mark Foley was communicating with via Instant messages. We all know that when the Left gets angry at someone on the Right, the rest of us are required to condemn their actions, and publically disassociate ourselves from them. I may be a Right-Wing, jack-booted, war for oil supporting, Thug, but I’ve never been one to fall short on my duties of renouncing shameful behavior exhibited by other Fascist Righties.

I condemn you Wild Bill. I condemn you fully, forcefully, and completely. You once considered yourself to be a friend of mine. We would talk and send emails and IMs. I was a loyal listener to your show on Wide Awakes Radio, but no more. You’re dead to me. Dead to me!

How dare you use search engines to find public information and make it public? Clearly, you are a “sick, vile, pathetic excuse of a human being.” I didn’t think that before when we were friends, but now that I’ve seen people in your comments section say it, I know it’s true. Is this the way Right-Wing Rethuglicans show their patriotism? Maybe I don’t know who these people are, but surely their opinion is more credible than mine.

I am ashamed - Ashamed to have called you friend. People I don’t know are issuing death threats to you. That’s clearly the behavior of a rational, intelligent, astute individual, that I should defer to in their superior wisdom.

Most of all, I condemn you for having 111 visitors online, right now, when it takes me 2 days to get that many visits. TWO DAYS, sir! Screw you. I hope your children are born bald and fat, you scumbag.

If he’s a pedophile, I would like to see him hung up in the middle of DC by a meat hook through his nutsack. Put up a sign saying “Child molester” and let everyone that passes by have their way with him. Beat him, stab him, shoot him, bludgeon him, electrocute him, whatever you think is appropriate. After some time passes, he’ll be dead, but don’t take him down. Let him rot. Let the vultures, and maggots, and various other dead flesh eating creatures have their way with him. At some point, there won’t be enough left to stay hung up, and then we’ll take what remains and throw it in the nearest trash can.

Pretty solid defense of a pedophile there, huh?

I read the email from the attorney.

His client is now what is known under the law as a “semi-public” personality, if in fact not a “public personality,” given the scope of the story, the breadth of its dissemination, and the fact that his client is employed as a political operative in an active campaign for the governorship.

Unless the subject’s attorney can demonstrate that you published “with a reckless disregard for the truth” in a “malicious manner,” he can go pound sand. If the IM scammer thinks this is the best legal representation he can get, he’s cooked.

I thought the most foolish part of his email had to do with premising you must have someone’s “authorization” to run his client’s name or photograph. The guy is a campaign staffer, and this is legitimate news affecting the campaign with which he is associated.

He appears publicly in connection with the campaign as a matter of his employment; does this attorney think news organizations around the world have to either get his client’s permission to have his image in a photo, or else brush stroke the guy out if they don’t? What a maroon.

Well, I guess you have to give the attorney 2 points for trying to bluff you into submission. While he is suggesting you seek an attorney familiar with civil and criminal liability, he may want to contact an attorney himself to stop having a “fool for a client” when considering exactly what you will be able to subpoena and depose if a civil suit is filed - multiplied infinitely if a criminal investigation began. There are no Fifth Amendment claims in a civil suit. Ask OJ Simpson.

To sum up what I would tell the attorney threatening me with civil and criminal liability: “Oh Br’er Fox - please don’t throw me into that briar patch . . .”
