I Wish More People Had Stayed Home Today
Of course, today is the day without Paco. The day where illegal immigrants have decided to stick it to the rest of us, and show just how America would come to a grinding halt if they weren’t here. I noticed, though, that My day would be easier if more people had stayed home.
First, there are the people doing construction on the main route that I trave to and from work. This has been a real inconvenience for me. Earlier, I got stuck in it, and it took longer to travel home from work. Then, on my way home for lunch, I remembered they were there, and took an alternate route. It’s an alternate, and not the main route, because it is slower and less convenient.
Then, there are the Verizon people doing whatever they are doing, just about right outside my house. So, thanks to them, I have to sit and wait my turn to pull in the driveway. Then, I’m confused when I leave, because the traffic stoppages are on either side of my house. I sit there thinking, “OK. Which direction is having it’s turn right now.” I’m concerned that if I go at the wrong time, I will screw up the whole system, and wind up heading into oncoming traffic.
The reason I have made extra trips home today, is that Isis the Moonbat eater, didn’t seem to be her normal self. So, I left work for a period of time to take her to the Vet and get her checked out.
I called to see if he was in today. I was releived to learn that he was. It must be because he’s an evil, racist white American citizen, and not an illegal immigrant.
So, Isis seems to be mostly OK. The vet thinks she injured her back leg, and tail somehow, and gave her some medicine to reduce the inflamation and pain.
I am also fairly certain that I am demonstrating my value to society more by going to work today than I would by staying home all day. I do think, however, I would have been happier if the construction people, and the phone people had stayed home today. As for the Law violating illegal invaders, I haven’t noticed much difference in the quality of my life.
Update: Captain Ed is living in denial. Doesn’t he see just how America ground to a screeching halt today? We’ll need to leave it up to the reality based community to sort this out.

Is the mind (and by association the room) really disorganized in such cases, or is it just another form of organization?
BTW, Radical Conservatives are so funny!
Its like they imagine they can live in world where only their type of people should live and where everything will be peaceful and right
because thats the way it should be.
Nice dream, but I doubt even heaven is like that.
I suppose its nice to dream…

No. We just think the rules should be followed.

There is no heaven. When you die, you rot. That’s all there is so it is imperative to make your life the best you can while you can.

I assume this comment was intended for the disorganized mind post, but no, it is not a form of organization. By definition, organization is a system that is transferable. In other words, it is not dependent upon a particular individual to know where things are. A file cabinet, sorted alphabetically is an example. Anyone can jump in and find a file because there is a system that makes sense to more than one person.
