OTB reports on an interesting piece of - is it news or satire? - From the Army Times, that ‘combat operations’ are set to begin in New Orleans. One thing is for sure. When I heard on the radio earlier, that 7000 new troops were going to be sent to NOLA, I had a very similar idea for a satire pop into my head. I never got to writing it though, and now I’m not going to. It’s already been done.
Perhaps I should go with something involving Cindy Sheehan, Jane Fonda, Karl Rove, and a deranged monkey, taking a scenic tour of America in a vegetable oil coated bus. Hilarity ensues.
