Actually, Ralph’s not running Green this year – Cynthia McKinney is – but you don’t hear anything about her, either.

I also had never heard of Bob Barr, and yes, his name does evoke mental images of a game show host. I about peed my pants reading THAT one, especially after the mustache/Hitler correlation.

I freely and openly admit, however, that I have voted Green or Independent in every single Presidential election since I came of age. I really AM sick of the 2-party Electoral College system, but no one – not even Nader – has done a lot to try to change it.

Thanks for this probing analysis of these two forward thinking parties. It seems clear that they have some serious contenders with a lot of mainstream support. I’m predicting that by 2012 they will have made the Dem and Rep parties disappear.

So who is the write in candidate people should vote for, since all the other candidates are useless.

He voted for Barr last year, so he will be voting for him this year too. It will have the same effect.

I will probably be voting Barr this election year too. He seems the only Candidate that has simular values to my own. I just preticipated in a poll at asking him to put Paul on the ticket. Dont know if anyone has noticed the movement that has been going on to try and get Paul on the ticket. But it might be the only chance these guys have to actually win the white house is for them to team up. You can sign a petition at Viva La Paul!!
