I think that Hillary VP story was a plant by the Obama camp to put a final nail in the coffin of her campaign and force her to say it’s over herself.

There is no way she takes the VP spot unless she thinks Obama won’t make it a first term. In fact, by putting Hillary in there you probably DECREASE the chances of assassination.

Look how well it worked for both the elder and younger Bush. When the alternatives are Cheney and Quayle Presidents don’t get shot at.
