Poll Results Bad Omen for Bush

April 20th, 2006 by Fiar · 2 Comments ·

The Center for Reasearch and Polling (CRAP) has just released an extensive study that reaches the conclusion that the overwhelming number of poll results show an unfavorable opinion of President George W. Bush. According to the study, over 84% of polls show that American’s have an unfavorable view of the second term President.

In a Poll conducted in June 2005, 227 people were asked if they thought that America should remain in Iraq indefinitely. 95% of those who responded said no. 1% said yes, and 9% were undecided or had no opinion (+/- 3% error). Clearly this is a strong indication that people are not happy with the situation in Iraq.

A poll conducted in June of 2006 asked Americans how they felt about the worst economy in the last 50 years, and the results showed that an overwhelming majority of respondents (96%) did not like the idea of a terrible economy.

In January 2005, the National Association of Demographics (NAD), determined that of those who voted in the November 2004 elections, only 27% were U.S. Citizens, registered to vote, and still living (not dead). Another 74% failed to qualify under at least one of those categories, and 9% remained undecided.

CRAP polled 20 polling agencies and drew the conclusion that the vast majority of polls are taken to show a low opinion of the President. One high ranking official of CRAP, speaking under terms of anonymity, told reporters that there are actually polls that have nothing to do with the President, and even of those, some are not designed to show a high level of dissatisfaction, but we have yet to find any corroborating evidence.

There is yet another poll taken in November of 2004, where 1016 members of Democratic underground were asked if they had a favorable or unfavorable opinion of the President. 82% gave Bush a “highly unfavorable” rating, and the other 18% spontaneously combusted. The remaining respondents have alleged the the poll question was a conspiracy designed to silience critics of the current administration.

The White House has not yet replied to requests that they respond to this allegation, which seems to indicate the veracity of the claim. After all, what are they hiding? What did they know, and when did they know it?
