Folks, I need to inform you that there aren’t actually any Hezbollah rescue workers. I know that some are confused by this, but there just aren’t. It was a joke. OK?
Anyhoo, I just got back from communing with nature and my fellow humans over the weekend. I thought I needed to get back to basics and the serenity and beauty of our Earth Mother after my failed attempt to put the Swamptard in the swamp for good.
I realized a few things while synchronizing with the symphony of beastie type things:
Hail to the cushiony comfort of the mattress. Praise be the toilet that only people I know intimately use, and blessed is the cleaning agent, handy when needed. Oh joy is the shower in the room next door (that only people I know use). Glory to the technological wonder that is central air.

I heard Amadinnerjacket said there would be a cataclysmic event on August 22. I can’t find any links to verify that at the moment, but doesn’t he know that the world isn’t supposed to end until 2012? Some people…
I’ll try to think of something actually worth writing about for next time. Don’t forget about Sunday Shockwaves and join the War for Oil.
