There aren’t any. There can’t be. Anyone who understands Islam, and what the Koran says will know that all Muslims want to kill us. I will demonstrate with the following example from the Las Vegas Review Journal.
FROM OUR READERS: Kill us, too: We are also Americans
Radical Muslims not worthy of the religion
By [Dr.] ASLAM ABDULLAH
The leader of al-Qaida in Iraq, Abu Hamza al-Muhajer, recently issued a decree to its supporters: Kill at least one American in the next two weeks “using a sniper rifle, explosive or whatever the battle may require.”
Well, duh! That’s what Islam is. With a name like Dr. Aslam Abdullah, I would think you would be familiar with the Koran and what it says. Kill the Infidel. That’s what it says.
Well, Abu Hamza al-Muhajer, I am an American too. Count me as the one of those you have asked your supporters to kill.
That’s “Muslim-American.” You don’t want the PC Gestapo after you, do you? Am I too believe that you consider yourself to be an American that happens to be Muslim?
I am not alone, there are thousands of Muslims with me in Las Vegas, and many more millions in America, who are proud Americans and who are ready to face your challenge. You hide in your caves and behind the faces of civilians in Afghanistan and Iraq. You don’t show your faces and you have no guts to face Muslims. You thrive on the misery of thousands of Muslim youth and children who are victims of despotism, poverty and ignorance.
During the past two decades, you have brought nothing but shame and disaster to your religion and your world.
Taqiya! Kittman! He’s trying to decieve us into a false sense of security. I won’t fall for it. It’s like iin the movie Point Break; it may have looked like former US Presidents were robbing the bank, but they were no former US Presidents. It was a mask. I won’t be fooled.
You said you “invite you not to drop your weapons, and don’t let your souls or your enemies rest until each one of you kills at least one American within a period that does not exceed 15 days with a sniper’s gunshot or incendiary devices or Molotov cocktail or a suicide car bomb — whatever the battle may require.” I invite you to surrender, to seek forgiveness from God almighty for the senseless killing you and your supporters are involved in and repent for everything you have done.
Oh no you don’t. I see through your ruse. You just want me to think that you don’t want to kill me, then – BLAM! Off goes the suicide belt.
You say that the word of God is the highest. Yes, it is. But you are not worthy of it. You have abandoned God and you have started worshipping your own satanic egos that rejoice at the killing of innocent people. You don’t represent Muslims or, for that matter, any decent human being who believes in the sanctity of life. Many among us American Muslims have differences with our administration on domestic and foreign issues, just like many other Americans do. But the plurality of opinions does not mean that we deprive ourselves of the civility that God demands from us. America is our home and will always be our home. Its interests are ours, and its people are ours. When you talk of killing of Americans, you first have to kill 6 million or so Muslims who will stand for every American’s right to live and enjoy the life as commanded by God.
I’m sure you think I should say something like, “Fuck yeah! You tell those bastards,” but I won’t fall for your clever deception.
By growing a beard, shouting some religious slogans and misquoting and misusing some verses of the divine scriptures, you cannot incite Muslims to do things that are contrary to our religion. Yes, you even fail to understand the basic Islamic principles of life and living. Islam demands peace in all aspects of life, Islam demands respect for life. Islam demands justice.
No sir, it’s you who fails to understand basic Islamic principles. Have you even read the Koran? I haven’t, but if I’ve learned anything from the internet, it’s that people who have read it will tell you that you are either wrong or lying. Islam is all about camel humping and goat fellating, and keeping women in burlap sacks until such time as you see fit to stone them to death. It’s about killing the infidel, and praying to black rocks, and worshipping moon gods.
I have the internet. Don’t you?
What you are doing in Iraq, Afghanistan, India or other parts of the world is anti-human and anti-divine. You are an enemy of Islam as much as you are an enemy of America. You must understand that God who entrusted you with life is the same God who spelled his spirit in every human being regardless of his or her religion or ethnicity or nationality or status. You are violating him.
Apostate! Liar!
We feel totally disgusted with your action and we condemn you without any reservation. Don’t come to our mosques to preach this hatred. Don’t visit our Islamic centers to spill the blood of innocents. Don’t think that just because we share the same religion, we would show some sympathy to you. You are not of us. You don’t belong to the religion whose followers are trying to live a peaceful life for themselves and others serving the divine according to their understanding. In our understanding of faith, you appear as anti-divine and anti-human. We reject you now as we rejected you yesterday.
Taqiya! Kittman!
There is nothing common between you and us.
We stand for life, you want to destroy it.
We accept the divine scheme of diversity in the world and you want to impose conformity.
We respect every human being simply because he or she is a creation of the divine, and you hate people based on their religion and ethnicity.
We support freedom and liberty and justice, and you promote bigotry, murder and strangulation.
Oh, sure that sounds like something I should agree with, but I know you don’t mean it. I’ll not support your little editorial here. Death to all Muslims!
You will never be able to find a sympathetic voice amidst us. Our differences with others will never lead us to do things that are fundamentally wrong in our faith, i. e. taking the lives of innocent people and killing others because they are different.
Dr. Aslam Abdullah, you will never find a sympathetic voice amidst me, because I am too smart. “Muslims” like you are even more dangerous than the ones with the c4 belt, because you are here to misinform, and to decieve. At least the guy with the suicide belt, ululating, and screaming, “Alahu akhbar (or some such)” makes his intentions clear. You disguise your purpose to make us think that you are unequivocally, condemning, rejecting, and opposing terrorism, but you do not.
So on Sept. 11, when you will be hiding in your caves, we will be out in the streets paying tribute to those who you killed because you failed to see the beauty of life. We will condemn you once again the same way we have been doing ever since 9/11 because we are Muslim Americans.
You are not a real Muslim, just ask Bin Laden. You are an apostate, or a deciever.
Aslam Abdullah is director of the Islamic Soceity of Nevada.
Since Dr. Aslam Abdullah is clearly either a liar or not a real Muslim, I believe that I have thoroughly proven beyond any reasonable doubt that there are no Muslims that will stand up and condemn terrorism. There are not, there never have been, and there never will be.

More people like Dr. Abdullah and less of CAIR would go along way to bridging the gap.

I don’t know why I didn’t think about this earlier, but there are plenty of Muslim bloggers in the ME who would agree with the above statements. We should make it a habit to search them out and link them.

Why waste good Americans like Dr. Abdullah? Isn’t this the perfect time to let the diplomatic minded American hippies reach out to those misunderstood snipers? I think it is.

You know what still amazes me today about 9/11 is that Muslims in North America (or anywhere else for that matter) didn’t seem to rise up like a chorus of protest against the attacks. They didn’t form organizations to combat terrorism. Mosques didn’t develop programs for Muslims or non-Muslims to help them understand how wrong the attacks were. Muslims didn’t try to provide the rest of us with a sense that they were not affiliated with the terrorists.
There were a few short lived groups that developed, but the bulk of the Muslim community did not join in. One guy sensed that a movement of Muslims should come together to make a statement about how wrong 9/11 was. He did not find much support, but he didn’t give up (not right away). As he was trying to motivate Muslims to protest the attacks, he was told to stop by Imams and other prominent Muslims.
Why?
If a person reads the Qur’an, it is very much focused on the idea that Christians and Jews are not to be trusted. In order to understand the Qur’an a person must understand abrogation. The chapters/surahs of the Qur’an that were revealed last are the ones with the most authority. Surah 9, ‘Repentance’ is the 2nd last revealed Surah. The last Surah revealed is only 3 verses long. Surah 9 is quite long and has quite a bit to say. verse 5 basically gives authority to Muslims to ambush or kill non-Muslims (unless they repent).
Elsewhere the Qur’an presents the idea that a Muslim should keep their weapon near them when they pray so they cannot be ambushed while in prayer – so the idea is that God will not provide protection for them. A Muslim needs to be ready to make quick decisions about who will live and who will die.
That is a repetitive point in the Qur’an – that is part of Islam.
So, why would Muslims speak out against ambush or violence that is done against Christians or Jews? Typically they see America as a Christian nation, so why would they care if America is attacked?
Part of the mindset that comes out of the Qur’an is that a person must take care of themselves and the people they love. A Christian or a Jew might just become an active enemy to them in the near future and that Muslim, or a Muslim they know might have to kill these Christians or Jews…. so why speak out against their deaths? Muslims know that Allah may call them to kill in His name. Allah’s way in the Qur’an and in Muhammad’s life was the way of ambush, murder and warfare. Muhammad is considered the model for Muslims to follow – He was a war lord. He demanded conversion under the threat of death.
Islam excuses violence and passivity in both subtle and overt ways.
